Test fitting electronics to perfboard

Excited to get all the parts, I had sawed a large perfboard in half and soldered it together to make a long skinny prototyping board to place all the components on. I’ve also been thinking a lot about the waterproof enclose and have decided to build a water tight cylinder that will be easily installed in either a foam buoy for a floating or drifting device or can be adapted for stationary use or potentially include an active balast for use as a drouge.
